Helping organizations take the lead on sustainability

Prism’s Sustainability Team works alongside our engineering teams to help our clients create a greener, more energy efficient world.  Our Sustainability Team focuses on helping organizations take action to address climate change and the environmental and social impacts of running a business or organization in BC.

Earlier this year, we were excited to welcome Alexis Doyle to our Sustainability Team. A Project Manager with more than ten years of experience in sustainability and environmental consulting, Alexis brings with her a diverse skill set with a background in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and Greenhouse Gas Inventory reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science from UBC, Master of Arts in Professional Communications from Royal Roads, and a Project Management Certificate from SFU.

“I have supported companies in achieving national recognition for environmental communications and transparency, developed short and long-term sustainability strategies aligned with corporate goals through data collection and analysis, and identified employee engagement opportunities to increase company environmental awareness with more than 40 clients. I’m excited to be continuing that work here, with our clients at Prism,” says Alexis.

“We are lucky to have Alexis join us and bring with her the depth and breath of experience she has working with organizations and companies to drive environmental and social change in the province,”  says Sarah Smith, Sustainability Team Leader.

Prism’s Sustainability Team supports BC organizations by assessing and reporting on sustainability performance, creating long range sustainability plans, and designing and delivering many of the initiatives that emerge out of the sustainability planning process, including staff engagement campaigns, communication strategies and waste management plans.

Since joining Prism, Alexis has been working as a coach for BC Hydro and FortisBC’s Energy Wise Network program, lead several GHG Inventory reporting projects, and supported CDP Climate Change Questionnaire submissions. She has also supported several organizations in the submission of their Green Building Certification applications for LEED and BOMA BEST.

Reach out to Alexis and say hello here.
