Prism's Energy Audit Team has a talent for digging down into the details and using the data gathered to generate a solid plan for energy savings going forward. On the mechanical side, Prism is intimately familiar with buildings systems including chilled and hot water generation, , air distribution and modern control systems. Prism will also help "light the way" by providing detailed lighting audits, analysis and recommendations to reduce maintenance costs, improve visual comfort for occupants, and increase system capacity. Our Detailed Energy Audit Report (DEAR) process expands on preliminary studies by collecting more comprehensive information on facility operation and by including a more detailed evaluation of energy conservation measures.
